The App has an intuitive calorie and macronutrient calculator based on your body composition, your goals, activity level and activity type.

The App also houses a healthy lifestyle questionnaire to assess the impact of your daily lifestyle as well as a supplement and vitamin questionnaire.

You can also access our In-App 3D scan using your phone camera in the privacy of your own home. Get your own Avatar and some important information about your body shape as well as give you a baseline so you can track and watch your progress over time.
